Flower garden colors from a film simulation

I was mesmerized by the photos a friend of mine made. It was taken using a film camera. I can’t explain why but somehow I really love the colors. I asked him what film he used, and it was the Superia Xtra 400. Quickly searched fujifilm weekly for the recipe and got this. I did few snaps around the house and find having the grain images look like trying too much to be film. Also, setting the clarity other than 0 will take longer for every shot made. Hence, I took them off and got satisfied with the results.

Here are the snaps from a flower garden.

For the next try, I’ll set manually the white balace and just retain the Red & Blue settings.

Fujifilm X-T4・Sigma 30mm・Negative Classic
